The Cache Memory
This system board is equipped (built-in) with a 160-pin Dual Readout Socket for either a 256KB or a 512KB Pipeline Burst Cache module for its Second Level Cache (L2). There is no jumper to be set as the system board will automaticalley detect the cache module and its size when installed.
 
Some Cache Memory Considerations:
 Pipeline Burst Cache Module must conform to COAST standard.
 Second Level Cache cannot exceed 512KB.

The Memory
This system board can support up to 256MB main memory with 4 auto banking 72-pin SIMM slots for Fast Page Mode or EDO DRAM.
 
Some Memory Considerations:
  Maximum memory on-board can not exceed 256MB in any combination.
